A bit vulgar, but still fun: The Villa is back

We can shout very loudly that we really don't like ordinary programs, but in the meantime, we do watch faithfully. Temptation Island, Geordie Shore, predecessor Jersey Shore, Adam seeks Eve, Ex On The Beach… They just keep coming, so those viewing figures must be good (enough). In the same category, I present to you: The Villa. Tonight at 8:30 PM on RTL 5.

Does it sound familiar? That could be right. It was already on Dutch TV in 2011, but it is also a well-known program in other countries. Four single women and four single men are locked up in a sunny villa after being matched by a computer. Their task is to figure out who they have been matched with. A nice bonus is when the computer is right and there is actually a spark, of course. Additionally, there is plenty of drink, swearing, the occasional almost-fight, because yes, apparently that comes with the territory when certain software plays Cupid. So get that bowl of popcorn ready, this is going to be enjoyable again.
