Baby Archie will be baptized tomorrow

Since Meg's showed her face outside the palace walls again, we follow every high-heeled step (she is now at Wimbledon), but the big question was of course when Baby Sussex a.k.a. little Archie would be baptized. The word is out, Buckingham Palace confirmed it already: it will be tomorrow.

The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby takes on the task of baptizing Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, it takes place in the private chapel of Windsor Castle and apparently there are not even twenty-five people present. It is normal in royal circles for the godparents to be announced after the ceremony, but Harry and Meghan do it a little differently. Actually, it's not even a surprise anymore, I didn't expect anything else.

The statement says: “The godparents, in keeping with their wishes, will remain private.” Ah, the godparents don't really want to be publicly known, which we can also imagine. However, some snapshots of Archie's baptism will be shared. You understand what we are doing this weekend, refreshing that account of Meghan and Harry. By the way, two names are buzzing around that we don't want to withhold from you, it seems that Jessica Mulroney (this is what you want to know about Meghan's best friend) and Charlie van Straubenzee are at least two of the approximately eight godparents. But it remains just rumors.
