Harry and Meghan are not celebrating Christmas with the royal family

The English press is fueling the shitstorm (pardon my French) around Harry and Meghan, as it’s going to be an oh so lonely Christmas for the royals. While they usually gather at Sandringham estate, this year the family is celebrating Christmas with baby Archie at grandma's in America, according to British tabloids.
Meghan made her first appearance at Sandringham a month after the engagement (this cost her Christmas outfit back then), but this year they are going overseas (just nice and cozy in a Rudolph sweater). Now, of course, you could unleash all sorts of theories here, but let's nuance this decision right away. Queen Elizabeth not only gives them her blessing, it’s also quite common to celebrate Christmas elsewhere. William and Kate have been doing that for two years now, at her parents' house to be precise. But have we heard anyone talk about that? Nah, of course not.
The two were already planning to take a six-week break after all the hustle and obligations (and the feud between the brothers and the heaps of criticism Meghan receives). That should roughly start now. So we immediately know they will be wrapping up that break at mother Doria Ragland's. And now let's hope they come back, because honestly: we like the royals better with Meghan.
