It's already becoming a nice Christmas with Michiel Huisman

Ho ho ho, I suddenly feel like Christmas. Yes, I know, we finally have the long-awaited sunshine. But with the sight of this new Netflix Christmas movie, I am getting much more motivated for the month of December. Everything in its time, of course, but this one is really nice: Michiel Huisman in the lead role of the Netflix Original A Boy Called Christmas. Filming starts this month in Prague, London, Slovakia, and Lapland. What a life our Dutch pride has, huh.
The film is about a little boy who is searching for his father and during that search, he ends up in the magical city of Elfhelm. The story is based on the book of the same name by Matt Haig, so if you want to get into the Christmas spirit, you can read that in advance. And if you want to land in summer vibes, don't forget that Michiel Huisman has just started in Costa!. A gem that is definitely worth watching again, you know.
He is accompanied in A Boy Called Christmas by among others Kristen Wiig and Maggie Smith. The latter you probably know better as Professor McGonagall from Harry Potter. The roles of all actors and actresses are not yet known, but since Mister Huisman has the lead role, I guess he will play the father in the story.
Nice: the film will be available on Netflix in the Netherlands, but there is a good chance it will also be shown in cinemas in China, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Our movie star. And he is quite busy with it: The Haunting Of Hill House is also getting a second season. Yes, and the last season of Game of Thrones has just started, although it's still a bit of a wait to see if we will actually see him in it.
Anyway, seems like a pretty good prospect to me, huh? Just get through spring and summer, with also some great Netflix movies. For wine lovers, for example. And before you know it, it's December again and Michiel Huisman is under your tree. Okay, not really (but we can keep hoping, of course), but almost.
