Netflix is coming with a mega removal alert: these titles are leaving
Netflix, what are you doing now? Those removal alerts are never really welcome, but no less than 84 titles are disappearing this month. Hold on a second. That's quite a few. But to reassure you right away: Friends that's not among them. For now. That's currently big news in the US, because Friends is indeed disappearing from Netflix. All ten seasons. The horror. This has everything to do with the contract between Warner Bros. and Netflix that has expired, so Americans are slowly seeing all these series disappear. In the case of Friends, it will be available on HBO's streaming service. In our case – yay – we can still enjoy Central Perk. It's still my standard go-to when I don't know what to watch but I do know that I want to watch something. Friends always does well.
But yes, 84 other titles are indeed being kicked out this month. Notably, there is also New Girl among them. I was impressed that this series just recently became available, so this came as a surprise to me, especially since I haven't finished watching the five seasons yet. Does this apply to you too? Panic. I get it. A small silver lining: this series will only be gone on July 31. Ready, set, go. I know what my plans will be today.
