This is the woman who decorates Meghan's house

The entire British nation collectively got the hiccups when they heard that Frogmore’s Castle (the residence of Meghan and Harry) needed to be renovated for 2.4 million pounds. From THEIR tax money. The total cost of the British royal family has indeed risen quite a bit in recent years. Buckingham Palace was thoroughly renovated and the wedding of Meghan and Harry was also not exactly a ‘Monday morning’ (you get married for free on Mondays in the Netherlands), I might add. It is estimated that the amount the royal family cost the state in 2018/2019 is around 82 million pounds. On the other hand (I will assume for a moment that you find this a lot of money) that translates to only £1.24 per Brit. And for that money, we do have quite a bit of fun, don’t we?
Anyway, that 2.4 million went towards structural adjustments. The roof, the bathrooms, hot water. Meghan and Harry probably paid for the interior decorator themselves. And I want to talk a bit about her. Her name is Vicky Charles, she is now being sued because she allegedly dropped another job spontaneously to help Meghan and Harry, she has no Instagram (very exclusive) and well, I’ve looked into it a bit.
The best Vicky is British, studied in Exeter but now lives with her husband and two children in New York and also has a residence in the Hudson Valley Countryside. I have never been there, but now I want to live there. Immediately.

Vicky erased this from her own biography, but I find it the most fun. She started as a waitress at SoHo House and worked her way up to creative designer of the entire SoHo House Group. She also established SoHo Farmhouse, the SoHo in Malibu, Chicago, Barcelona, and the Dutch location and made sure there was a SoHo line that you can buy yourself.
Harry and Meghan probably came up with the idea because their first date was at SoHo Townhouse Dean Street and they have also been together in SoHo House in Amsterdam before.
Other clients of Vicky include the Beckhams and George and Amal. That’s convenient because when they visit each other, they feel right at home. Her style is of course adapted to the wishes and tastes of the client, but is characterized by a rural and cozy feel with some boho items from bygone times. I want to become friends with Vicky anyway. And well, I’ll take George and Amal as a bonus. I’m not the worst.
