Horns on the left, elephants on the right, after The Bachelorette with Gaby, Videoland treats us to a new imported dating show. Think of The Bachelor, only packaged under a different name: Prince Charming.
Let me introduce you to Marvin! 29 years old and looking for his dream man. Ten single men have done their best to kiss the frog in Sicily, and that adventure will soon translate to our living rooms. As we are used to from Gaby Blaaser, Marvin will also go on group and solo dates with the man(s) he has his eye on in each episode. What's interesting about this format is that it also lends itself to participants who fall in love with each other. Hey, do you hear what I hear? Ten men, a Prince Charming, and a hundred feelings. Double trouble is entering the building.
The rose ceremony is wonderfully modernized by a tie ceremony. How cool is that? I immediately wonder if we will see Marvin randomly handing out ties or if he will also put them on sexy for the rest. The idea of that task already gives me a panic attack, but hey, Marvin is probably a tie pro, as evidenced by the announcement video.
