Scream it out: this is how it is with sounds during sex

I think it really varies from person to person. Some scream out at the first touch (okay, a bit exaggerated) and others remain completely silent until they fall asleep. Of course I'm talking about making sounds during sex, something that was especially discussed a lot in my group of girlfriends back in the day. And not necessarily whether the bed partner in question was a talker, but more the moans, sighs, whatever.

Because often we saw that as a sign of approval. That you are having a good time. And apparently, it works the other way around too. A study by CNN showed that 66 percent of women faked their moans so that their partner would finish faster, and 87 percent did it to give their bed partner a boost in confidence. This means that not even half do it because they actually enjoy it.

That's quite a strange percentage, isn't it? Maybe this is also partly due to the influence of the porn industry, where everyone screams together and seems to have an epileptic fit at every orgasm. Well, that's just not really reality (and it wouldn't be pleasant for the neighbors during every sexual encounter, such a screaming festival).

But honestly: a bit of vocalization is part of it, right? At least that's the case if we are to believe the tantric way of doing things. There, your whole body is connected, and your voice is also an outlet for that. You experience sex with your entire body and consciousness, and expressing that is part of it. Let it out, then.

Yes, or not, of course. Just do what you want. Of course, keep the neighbors in mind before you treat them to your solo, but don't force yourself to make noise just to make your bed partner feel good. It's better to find someone with whom it clicks so well that the nightingale comes out spontaneously.
