The psychological trick that makes people like you more

Sometimes you meet people with whom it is fun at first sight, after all, it doesn't have to be love with everyone. But if you immediately have a good feeling about someone, it could very well be that they are applying a psychological trick on you.
That can be conscious or unconscious, you know, I don't want to claim that the people you meet have a preconceived plan to give you weak knees. But it is a simple method, through which you can also ensure that people like you. You might even be doing it already without noticing, when you feel comfortable with someone: copying. By imitating a posture or the intonation of a voice, people actually find you proven to be nicer.
The researchers demonstrated this in a funny way. Couples who did not know each other had to work together on a project, one half acted deliberately contrary and completely different from the person they were working with while the other listened attentively and copied movement and intonation. And voilà: the people who were strongly copied found their partner much more likable, pleasant, and nice.
Actually, you don't even have to be consciously engaged in copy-pasting someone else to be liked. As soon as you listen attentively to someone, it happens automatically. And people also really like to be heard. You're immediately best friend material.
P.S.: By the way, you can do much more with body language.
P.P.S.: This way you get noticed in a meeting without saying anything.
