Now that I'm pregnant, French cheeses are usually a no go. I do feel a bit of heartache about it, but it's definitely worth it. Last week, I dutifully walked towards the not-so-fresh cheese section at the Appie, looking for a Président crème de brie to score for my own cheese platter. And there it was: next to the dip I actually came for: Président crème de brie truffles. Yesss guys, just stop it. Truffle flavor and incredibly pasteurized and all that. Pregnant or not: you. must. try. this. as soon as possible. Maybe not super culinary from a plastic container, but really guys, once in contact with the flavor, this is totally your thing.
