Today we celebrate ‘Earth Day’: a day created to raise awareness of our consumer behavior and its impact on our planet. It couldn't be more appropriate, as the whole world has been reflecting on the changes to the earth over the past month as we produce and consume significantly less. It's incredible what the earth's ability to recover is, as you can see that the waters in Venice are clear again, the sky is bright blue without all the airplanes, and we can even smell fresh air in Amsterdam. & Other Stories celebrates ‘Earth Day’ with a biodegradable laundry detergent & refresher for clothes that don't need to be fully washed yet but could use a refresh. Hopefully, this awareness will stick around for a long time for everyone!
King's Day will be very quiet this year... No crowded canals, overflowing waterways, and especially: no flea market... I always looked forward to this for weeks: setting the alarm early and heading towards Beethovenstraat for a ‘treasure hunt’ as soon as the birds start chirping.
