With I Can See Your Voice, the return of entertaining TV is a fact

The timeslot of death, called Eva Jinek Thursday evening at half past eight. RTL had to come up with an answer to give the Meilandjes and Beste Zangers a push and did so with I Can See Your Voice.
The show is a combination of singing, games, and hysteria. Which is not surprising, considering it comes from the minds of the creators who brought The Masked Singer to life. I spent the first three minutes browsing the Sissy-Boy webshop for new tea towels, which meant I missed the complete explanation and only understood in the last five minutes of the show that you had to end with a good singing singer. But that didn't detract from the fun I had in the meantime.
It's wonderful to have Carlo Boszhard outside De TV kantine again, no matter how brilliant I think he is there. He jokes, roars, and keeps the show moving. Moreover, you are of exceptional class if you have Marieke Elsinga, Fred van Leer, and Jeroen van Koningsbrugge in one panel and keep them focused, who together with Samantha Steenwijk and Ronnie Flex provide the participants with unsolicited commentary.
In case you weren't watching, let me quickly explain the game show. You take six participants who sing exceptionally well or terribly, add a panel of hysterical celebrities, and let a candidate who has a chance at 5000 euros be advised by this panel, but also by their favorite artist(s). Put Boszhard on stage to keep all these ingredients under control and voilà: pure entertainment.
I was on the edge of my seat. I turned the sisters around and was sure that the Haker would be sublime. I was convinced that the Rockende Reiziger wouldn't hit a note, but The Man of Stones would, and in the end, I knew that the Bruisende Brabander would stand tall next to O’G3NE. Don't get it? Just watch it back.
For me, with I Can See Your Voice, TV is back. It's entertainment like I used to crawl on the couch for as a child. So on Thursday, I Can See Your Voice, and then watch Beste Zangers back. On Friday, The Masked Singer, and on Sunday after vtwonen, Weer verliefd op je huis, immediately continue with Wie van de 3. You can do something for yourself on Saturday.
