Hollywood insiders say: J.Lo and A-Rod are really over

Well apart, not apart, working on a relationship, cheating, you name it — the relationship between J.Lo and A-Rod has, to put it mildly, been quite in the news lately, definitely found in the news. Well, news: don’t expect it on the Eight O'Clock News, but the gossip magazines are certainly full of it. It’s also quite logical, with such an A-list couple, one of whom seems to have really skated on thin ice.

In any case, an attempt. A-Rod thought it was a good idea to slide into the DMs of Madion LeCroy and one thing led to another, and suddenly a meeting in Miami was arranged. That ultimately didn’t happen because everything came out and J.Lo was not amused. So in the end, he didn’t physically cheat, but yes, the intention was there.

And that’s not a good look for J.Lo. According to insiders, Jenny from the Block is quite a feisty lady who knows exactly what she wants and especially what she wants to project. And that is NOT the role of the betrayed woman, which people might feel sorry for. No, J.Lo is a powerful woman and she doesn’t want anyone to assign her a different role.

So this cheating scandal didn’t quite fit her image. And then TMZ also reports that they are apart (partly due to the cheating) doesn’t fit in at all. No no: J.Lo wants to maintain control.

Hollywood insiders are therefore certain: those two are completely apart. But J.Lo would want to announce it herself, so she can have control over how and what. So mark my words (because I immediately believe in this): in a while they will announce they are separating ‘as friends’. But we will know that it has actually been over and done with for a long time.
