Leonardo DiCaprio had a Pussy Posse

In the category of ‘I wish I didn't know this’, I present to you today: Leonardo DiCaprio's Pussy Posse. Yes, I'm getting straight to the point. There's a good chance that you (just like about the whole world) had a huge crush on Leo after Titanic. That came out in 1997 and meant that Leo became a global star overnight. And the most desired bachelor too, by the way. This was of course long before the time of smartphones and social media, so he could still quite inconspicuously play the field. And he did. With his Pussy Posse.
This ‘posse’ consisted of Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire (still Leo's BFF), Lukas Haas (same here) and Kevin Connolly. These men were famous and notorious in New York City, always on the hunt for girls. All four actors, just on the brink of making it big, which is why they quickly earned the nickname Pussy Posse from Hollywood.
At one point, director Harmony Korine joined in, along with David Blaine (magician) and rapper Q-Tip. But Leo still stood out as the main attraction, and I guess he was the most wanted by the ladies in this group. But once the posse members became more famous, the game of picking up girls changed: their publicist would just approach them to arrange for them to party with the Pussy Posse. For example, actress Elizabeth Berkley was approached: ‘she [the publicist] said: ‘Leo is totally crazy about you, and they want you to come to Elaine's [a club] after this premiere.’ A small problem was that Elizabeth Berkley had a boyfriend named Roger, and it was explicitly mentioned that she had to come ‘without Roger’.
Well, it was mainly a group of friends with a common goal: to pick up women. So far, not much has changed for Leo, as that has always been his biggest hobby, even though he has now been in a relationship for a few years for the first time. But the Pussy Posse still exists, just under a different name: The Wolf Pack. Ah, some things never change.
