Scientifically proven: this pubic hair style is the healthiest

You may have never consciously realized that your hairstyle down there affects your health. But one pubic hair style is not the same as another, research shows.
Bald or a full bush?
Some let everything grow wild, while others prefer to see everything as bare as possible. Some go for a subtle line, others professionally wax it away every few weeks. Or we laser. Or we shave, wax, strip everything away. Or at least a small Brazilian wax around the summer holidays. Is that really such a great plan or is it actually incredibly strange what we massively do as women, when it comes to removing pubic hair? What turns out? That full bush and letting it all be? That is the healthiest. It provides natural protection for your private parts. Think of: viruses, infections, and STIs like herpes, HPV, gonorrhea, and chlamydia.
Au naturel
American gynecologist Donnica Moore agrees with this statement: ‘Our pubic hair exists for a reason. A full bush serves as a buffer, for example against the friction that occurs when your intimate parts rub against your underwear. This can lead to irritation and in some cases even infections.’ Gynecologist Mary Jane Minkin, working at Yale University, adds: ‘Pubic hair protects against friction and keeps dirt away from our genitals. It's no coincidence that humans have evolved to have hair in that area.’
In other words: you might as well leave that fancy landing strip as it is and go for au naturel. At least, if you think about your own health: if you don't want a nasty STI after an exciting romp. Although you might prefer to start right after summer full of bikinis and swimsuits... We totally get that.
