Sherlock Holmes spin-off comes to Netflix

If you thought that Sherlock Holmes and sidekick Dr. Watson were children's stories, then you are quite mistaken. At least, in this version. The Irregulars will be your new addiction on Netflix, just wait and see. And what do Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson have to do with it? Well, actually very little. They have minor roles in this story, but that's not a problem at all.

The main roles in The Irregulars are reserved for the street kids, the misfits (that's right: the irregulars), who ‘work’ for Sherlock Holmes. They receive assignments to assist him in solving crimes. Okay, now that I write it down, it might sound childish, but believe me: it is not. Check out the teaser below first.

Well, then you immediately understand what I mean? I think it looks really exciting. And this is just a teaser; we can probably expect the trailer soon as well. The release date is already in sight: March 26 is when season number one (I’m just assuming for convenience that it won’t stop at one season) goes online.

My prediction: fans of Stranger Things are going to be very happy about this. Also because The Irregulars has a supernatural touch here and there. And that’s fine, since Stranger Things is not really stepping on the gas with new seasons Well, things change, and now this is going to be our new favorite.
