Yolanthe doesn't feel entirely comfortable with Wesley's biography...

Let’s face it: the luv story of Wes and Yo started with as much fanfare as it ended. From the citrus juicer and guest towels of Jan Smit to the infamous kiss in the parking lot. From the wedding with the doves to the breaking point in Qatar. In the meantime, Wesley has written a biography (in which he extensively talks about his drinking habits and the breakup with his wife) and Yolanthe has focused on her own health platform.
About the breakup with Wesley, she has hardly spoken in the press. A book from her side is therefore not to be expected, she tells Grazia. That would only make her more sad. ‘I know how it is and that makes me stronger. That’s why it costs me no effort to keep quiet. I am an open book in many things, but in this area, I am very protective.’
That Wesley has chosen to air the laundry in public is still difficult for her. ‘I don’t like sharing things with the world that can hurt someone else. What do I gain from that? Absolutely nothing, because I have already gone through it and I have to deal with it.’ Yolanthe says she has always been busy pleasing others and keeping everything on track. ‘I have no regrets about that, because I have had beautiful tasks and experienced a lot of love. But that was then, now I live a different life. I have gone deep and I still have bad days and moments, but at my core, I feel good.’
Am I the only one who wishes this woman true, real love?
