Finally, the sun was out and the temperature hit twenty degrees again. Even higher. What. A. Party. I always find it a bit of a shame when those sunny days fall exactly during the workweek, but what does it matter, there has to be a toast. To that warmest March 31st ever, and to the fact that we just had to make the most of it, because before you know it, it's over again. And yes, the next day I read again that we should prepare for hail and snow? Excuuuuuse me?

Well, I don't think so, I'm sticking with spring and summer in my head. And when I think of sun, warmth, vacation, and all the beauty that comes with it, I think of AIX Rosé. Just like Joey from Friends thought of potpourri as ‘summer in a bowl’, I think of AIX as ‘sun in a glass’. I immediately imagine myself on a terrace in France and that does a person good, I can tell you.

Yes, this rosé has been my favorite for years. They have launched the new AIX Vintage 2020 and it is delicious again. Seriously: according to them, this is the best year so far. You have to taste it. I say: cheers!
