Or if I wanted to ride an electric scooter from NIU for two days. Now you should know that I have a huge soft spot for scooters. I rode through Rome on the back with my beloved, then with Jet on her red Vespa in the early days of Amayzine, and now I would get to tour the Zandvoort dunes myself, and that also electrically, so environmentally conscious and wonderfully quiet in the ears.

Honestly, I have to say that on the days I had the scooter in my garden, it stormed as if all the weather gods were fighting each other, and so I mostly waved a lot at my nice guest scooter and kept checking if it would tip over (it didn’t happen), but the moments when I could hop on it were a celebration. So quiet that I thought it wasn’t working. So user-friendly (I hate reading instructions so I do everything ‘by feel’, and everything worked immediately) and also a treat to look at.

Did you know that you also have a NIU share community?? For when you might not want to buy a scooter entirely yourself, but would like to use one. I think it’s a great solution.
