Netflix tip of the day: The Ultimatum, Marry Or Move On

Did you also fall a bit into a hole after Love Is Blind? I certainly did; I was really looking forward to it and then I am so impatient that I watched all the episodes in one day. Now I have good news for you if you are also a big fan of this reality series: season 3 has already been filmed and will probably be released later this year. WHUT. It's pretty bizarre though, because the participants have to keep quiet on social media all that time and can't do anything publicly with their potential relationship. This season was also filmed right after season 2, so they have been in a sort of non-corona-but-Love-Is-Blind lockdown for a year. Sounds tough.

But if you love this kind of series, then Netflix has a really nice alternative: The Ultimatum, Marry Or Move On is online and it's also a treat. In this series, the participants already know each other, in fact: they are already a couple. Only where they say ‘I do’ to each other in Love Is Blind without ever having seen each other, the marriage here just doesn't happen and they are fed up (or one of the two is fed up). Therefore, they have eight weeks to make the decision: either they say 'yes' to each other and step into the marriage boat or they end the relationship. Tough.

You can imagine that this will be a huge tearjerker, so grab those tissues already. This will be your new addiction. Well, for a little while at least, because on April 13 the next series of episodes will be online.
