Justin Bieber is going to collaborate with Vespa
Justin Bieber and Vespa. Name a more iconic duo. I’ll wait. Hahaaa. No, that might not be so bad, but I really think this is a cool collaboration. Now, it just so happens that my own Vespa has been sitting in the garden for half a year because it won't start anymore, so I think this is a great excuse to get this new one. I mean: a Vespa designed by The Biebs? Come on, right?.
But it must be said: it really does look cool. A bit tacky, but that should be okay. The old-fashioned model hasn’t disappeared, but then it’s pure white. Except for the light gray flames by the wheels. And of course, Justin Bieber's name in graffiti style on the side. Yes, I said it: a bit vulgar, but love it.
This collaboration didn’t come out of nowhere, because Justin has been a fan of the scooter brand for a long time: ‘My first time on a Vespa was somewhere in Europe, probably in London or Paris. I still remember seeing a Vespa and immediately thought: I want to ride that. It was fantastic, the wind in my hair, the freedom… Just pure joy.’
Can we buy it already? No, just a little more patience. From April 20, you can preorder it and seriously: I’m going to do this. This will be my new mode of transport. I already have platinum tickets for his concert in the Ziggo Dome in January, so I really can’t back out: I’m just a huge Belieber now.
