It can also happen if you have sex too often or if your man is also too often pleasuring himself: then the sperm is literally ‘out’. But diabetes, pelvic floor muscle problems, cancer, abdominal surgeries, high blood pressure, heart diseases, and medication can also be the reason behind a dry orgasm.

Now it is the case that if your man always finishes with a squirt and then suddenly doesn't, it might be that he hasn't really reached a climax. No big deal: talk about it at a good moment and just try again a week later. You'll see that usually, nothing is wrong and you both can really reach a climax.
