‘Adele is giving 10 concerts in Europe in 2024’

Perhaps the best news of the month (and for big fans of the year): Adele is said to be returning to Europe next year to give no less than ten concerts. This would likely be in the second half of the year, as she is performing from January to June in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. There she has a so-called residency and she has extended it due to success with 32 (!) extra shows: the first of which she will perform on January 19 and the last on June 15.

Now I understand that a round trip to Las Vegas can add up quite a bit, especially if you also have to book a hotel and eat and drink there. It’s not a cheap city, and those tickets for Adele are not exactly cheap either. Additionally, registration for this last concert series closed last October, and if you didn’t receive a code then, you’re out of luck. No, for many people, seeing Adele in Las Vegas is not really feasible.

And that’s exactly why this is very good news, if it’s true. It was shared by an account on X that shares various updates about Adele, and they reportedly got it through the German media. Because yes: those ten concerts will all take place in Germany.

That’s not so strange, as Adele has indicated before that she doesn’t really like touring. Being constantly on the road, living out of a suitcase, that kind of thing; not for her. That’s why she also chose a residency in Las Vegas; at least she is stationary.

Fortunately for us, Germany is not too far away. These ten concerts would all be in Munich, and those round-trip tickets are just a fraction of what they cost to Las Vegas. So I guess a lot of Dutch fans will be happy with this news, hopefully we will get an official confirmation and dates very soon. Then the madness can begin, as the rush for these tickets will undoubtedly be very intense.
