Gwyneth Paltrow shares her striking wellness routine

There are very few celebrities that I find as fascinating as Gwyneth Paltrow. While with some celebs you think: ah, you see: they are just like us, I have never thought that about Miss Paltrow. From vagina candles to a rainbow yoga mat costing 999 dollars; she sells the most extraordinary things for a surrealistically high price. No, Gwyneth Paltrow has shown multiple times that she is NOT like you and me.
And she emphasizes this again in a conversation with the podcast The Art Of Being Well, in which she shares her daily wellness routine, or a ‘What I Eat In A Day, Gwyneth Paltrow Edition’. I'm going to grab a snack right away because I got huge hunger from this video.
I am surprised that Gwyneth herself does not live with hunger day in and day out, but maybe she has gotten completely used to it by now. It is actually quite little that she consumes in a day. But okay, let's go through the little bit she does have.
She practices intermittent fasting, and in the morning she doesn't want anything that affects her blood sugar, so she drinks coffee.
Moving on to lunch: she loves soup. Most days she has bone broth for lunch. Then she exercises for an hour and spends half an hour in the sauna, and then it's already time for dinner. Her dinner must always be paleo-proof, so it mainly consists of vegetables.
That’s it, a day in the life of Gwyneth Paltrow. As someone who truly has a great love for food, this is really incomprehensible — and it doesn't seem very healthy to me either. Where is the pasta? Pizza? Sushi? Snacks? Wine?!
