YouTube tip of the day: the documentary of Niall Horan with Lewis Capaldi

If you, like me, spend a bit too much time on TikTok, you’ve probably seen Lewis Capaldi pop up. Or Niall Horan. Or even better: both. These two artists are good friends, and just last week a TikTok went viral where Lewis made a BeReal of a fan on stage and jokingly called Niall to the stage (who happened to be at that concert). Lewis Capaldi is definitely worth following on TikTok; he is truly hilarious. I seriously don’t know any other artist that makes me laugh so hard (his concert at Lowlands was absolutely hilarious) and then ten seconds later I can cry so hard to his songs (no one at Lowlands stayed dry while he was singing).

He is coming out with his own documentary on Netflix called How I’m Feeling Now, but did you know he was already featured in a docu before? Together with Niall Horan, about their home country Ireland. And that one is entirely available on YouTube. It’s called Niall Horan’s Homecoming, The Road to Mullingar with Lewis Capaldi and you can watch it below.

Together with Lewis, he travels through Ireland, with Mullingar as the final destination. They are on the road for three days and we follow them as they do things like picking oysters to eat (Lewis for the first time, not a success), but mostly we see how they are just two friends out and about. It’s a really nice glimpse into their lives, as it gives you a much better idea of how they really are.

And yes, I’ve fallen in love. With both of them. So be warned, because after watching this docu, you will too. So much fun, these two.
