Netflix tip ‘I Am A Stalker’: True and bizarre how people can drive each other crazy’

It was that time again; I dove into the so-called archives of Netflix. This grim weather called for a grim series and I found one, you know. Before I start a series or movie, I always scour the internet to see what others think of it (unless it just went online, of course) and with this one, I was immediately sold. I Am A Stalker was received with enthusiasm, and many viewers found it so intense that they struggled with their sleep afterwards.
The title speaks for itself, but indeed: in I Am A Stalker, the perpetrators primarily speak for themselves from prison. They have been convicted of stalking and tell how their obsession began and what actions they were ultimately driven to. It's really bizarre and such a far-from-your-bed show, but made very interesting; I was so fascinated by how people can stalk each other like that.
Viewers had sleepless nights because of it, but some decided to put their love lives on hold as well. On X, for example, it was written: ‘Guys, I’m watching I Am A Stalker on Netflix and seriously… I’m totally fine with never dating again. I’m okay.’
It didn’t hit me as hard, but it is true: you do start to think about it differently. At first glance, they seem like decent people, until you hear what they are capable of… Yep, this is again a very grim recommendation.
