Mascara under your eyes? With this simple trick, you can remove it easily

We all mess up sometimes with our mascara? You're busy with your lashes and before you know it, there's that annoying black (or other color) mark on your lash line or under your eyes. Your lashes are still wet, you blink once – and there it is. Very. Annoying.

For a while, I used cotton pads that I held under my eyes while applying mascara, and nowadays there are even special eye patches for that. But honestly? Quite a hassle. Putting on mascara quickly suddenly becomes a whole task.

But how do you remove such a stain the fastest? Rubbing with a cotton pad: not done. With makeup remover? A waste of your makeup look if mascara was the last step. A cotton swab might still work, but what really works well to remove mascara under your eyes is easier than you think.

An eyebrow spoolie. Yes, really. The small brush you normally use to shape your eyebrows also works perfectly to remove mascara marks. Gently swirl the brush over the stain and the mascara loosens from your skin without wiping away your foundation or concealer.

Doesn't work right away? Wait a moment until the mascara has dried. Then you can gently brush away the stain; the mascara turns into small crumbs that come off your skin while your makeup stays intact.

Foundation intact, concealer intact, makeup look saved. How simple? Thank me later.
