SKINNY JUICES

Models and their juices

Want to some serious training for a model body then being the first to add juices and shakes to your lifestyle is very important. Anyway, that is not so difficult these days, because they are flying around our ears. You hardly belong without a green smoothie. And you're even cooler if you take a picture of it and post it on Instagram, but that's another matter and hype. Today, we're talking about juices and especially the ones the models drink. What they are doing seemingly works, so we want the same. Right?

Kyleigh is a German and raised on lots of meat, cheese and fast food. Still her favourite, but well, if you want to bring in a bit of good campaigning, you unfortunately have to turn that down. So over to the juices. Also a good way to get a lot of fruit and vegetables in one go. After all, that is not the most delicious thing she likes. Luckily, she has a very nice friend who is a good cook and makes the tastiest smoothie for her.

Kyleigh's Pineapple-Ginger-lemon juice

- pineapple
- lime
- ginger
- Spa red
Put all ingredients (except the Spa red) into the juicer. Then top it off with the water

Juliana orders a Power Green smoothie almost every day from her favourite juice bar ‘Fresh U’. Juliana notices that it makes her skin glow and makes her sleep much better.

Juliana's Super green smoothie

- Beet juice
- Cucumber
- A handful of kale
- Apple juice
- Lemon juice

Everything in the blender and you're done.

Drinks a smoothie every morning before her work out. By the way, she does this absolutely not to lose weight (but rather to stay slim I suppose. She finds it especially a very easy, nutritious and healthy breakfast. Also handy on the go in a cup and a straw. Her favourite hotspot is Liquiteria (found almost on every street corner in New York)

Devon's Berry Blend

- mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- low fat yoghurt
- almond milk
- spinach
- chia seed
All ingredients in the blender and blend.

Tip: Always have frozen fruit in the freezer. You can store it for a very long time and it's delicious for any smoothie.

Prefers to make everything herself at home. Chia pudding, Acai bowl (yoghurt with acai powder and fruit, very hip shit in the US), smoothies. She adds ginger or cinnamon to everything. Her favourite.

Andreea's Power protein smoothie

- Frozen almond milk
- Half a frozen banana
- Blueberries
- One teaspoon coconut oil
- One protein (or one scoop of protein powder)
- A little honey if you like.
Put everything in a blender and blend for a few minutes.
