5 small beauty tricks

that make a big difference

Do you also get up every morning on autopilot in front of the mirror? Exactly, then you know that you actually really need a change. And now going to the hairdresser can be drastic, but there are a few tricks that allow you to tackle it all very simply without messing up your entire morning ritual completely.

1.

New parting

The easiest; change the side of your parting. It won't change your hair color, there's no need to put your head in the bleach, and the scissors won't come into play; you just need to run a comb through your hair and that's it. If that crown doesn't cooperate completely, then blow-dry it well (okay, that takes a bit more time) or just opt for a middle parting. Trust me, it looks completely different right away.

2.

Put your best foot forward

Feet are usually totally forgotten and thus tucked away in a sneaker (or rain boot, speaking at this moment). But hey, roll that foot through the sand and it's scrubbed well again and throw on some polish because then it looks totally well-groomed. And then wear an open shoe. Normally, feet are the forgotten and lost child, but believe me, people notice.

3.

Perfume

Wear a different perfume for a change. I often switch up my outfits. If I'm wearing something in light colors, I want to wear a fresh, crispy scent (think Chanel Chance eau Tendre or Miss Dior), but if I'm in black, I usually go for Chanel Exclusives les Beige or J’adore. It's a luxury item, I know, but it ensures that you're not too predictable and it also gives you a different vibe.

4.

Different look

Makeup seems the easiest way to change your look, but it's also the most intense. If you always go for a natural look and suddenly show up with smoky eyes, you can count on it being noticed by everyone. To avoid being too hysterical and still somewhat stay true to yourself, it's best to choose two changes. For example, a color on the nails where you would normally go for a nude shade and a poppy lip color on the lips.

5.

Matte now

Where you normally go for shine, now you go for matte and vice versa. You can keep all the colors the same, but a different texture already makes a huge difference in appearance.
