5 things you always did wrong with your skin.
Everyone is of course very diligent in applying for a good hydrated skin, applies a swipe of SPF for the necessary sun protection and cleans every morning and evening neatly. Hmm, I give you the benefit of the doubt that you actually follow that routine so neatly. But here are five tips to make that application ritual just a little bit better and make your skin even happier and more radiant becomes.
Cotton ball
Do not use cotton pads. It's best to use cleansing products that you apply without a pad, because a pad only clogs the pores. Even if you use a product that should actually ensure a clean skin, prefer to use something that is nice and foamy or a milk that you can just apply with your hands.
SPF
An SPF is certainly not just tied to a few sun rays. Use it all year round, because even in winter the sun shines and actually, it is not a luxury to use it all the time. Really, this is your way to age without wrinkles.
Steam train for your skin
Hanging for a minute over the steaming kettle until the tea is ready is also quite good for your skin. The top layer of skin is softened and the blood vessels are dilated. This improves the blood circulation of your skin and that is only very good for a radiant skin.
Night work
’At night your skin rests and has time to really absorb all those nice creams well. Masks are therefore very nice, but applying them in the morning just doesn't make much sense. You are probably in the whole morning stress routine and your skin really doesn't benefit from that. At night, on the other hand, it is definitely worth it and when you get out of bed in the morning, you can definitely see that.
Customize your cream
Keep in mind that every cream is different and does something different. Sounds nice, but also check if it suits your skin. Every skin is different and every skin has different needs, so don't just grab a cream from the shelf. Take a look at the ingredients, what skin type it is intended for, and what the purpose of the cream is. That ultimately fits best.
