Amayzine

So then it's going to be January 1st soon and everyone will be fully into the “I'm going to take it easy again”. Also the resolutions like training for a summer body are being shouted from the rooftops. One of our Amayzine interns just ordered a real health kit that promises to shed the pounds in a month. A small sigh, because first of all, she absolutely doesn't need it, but good luck trying to hammer that out of her head, and secondly, you should especially not rush when striving for a fit body. Take your time, exercise, eat healthy, be happy, then it will really come naturally. Easier said than done, I get that, but: Don't. Rush. Just believe me.

If you want to give a nice gift to someone who wants to start the year fit, then these gifts are a good support.

  • A jump rope, they come in the cutest colors and if you start with 300 jumps every day, you'll get quite far. This is fun and affordable.
  • A day at a spa seems to me a great start to begin with your good “healthy” resolutions, right?
  • Maybe one of these nice water bottles?
  • A round of running or hanging out at the gym is much more fun and you do it much faster when you have a nice outfit lying in the closet. Deblon Sports has the most beautiful women's gym wear. I would hurry, because I have a feeling that soon everyone will be wearing this Dutch label.
  • Now that it's getting a bit cold, I often exercise with a small collar, so you don't have to put on a whole sweater right away, because that's just too warm in the end. With a collar, only your neck is covered and that's ideal for running.
  • A bit of a heavy gift, but a kettlebell is really a great item to have at home for a short and intense workout. Buy a DVD with it and settle down in front of the TV.
  • Give a nice healthy cookbook and agree to make a dish together every week.
  • A big gift, I know, but with a blender, you will definitely make someone very happy. Making shakes and soups becomes much easier.
  • A cheerful yoga mat.
