If you know Joss, you probably know her Céline as well. She often gets to come to the office with Joss and we were secretly very curious about what Josselin can fit into this reasonably small, but very nice bag. That's why we did an in-depth interview and asked her about the bag.

1. How did you get this Céline?

I wrote a whole story about my buying process for Céline. It had been on my wishlist for a long time and eventually, I went to the Bijenkorf to get on the waiting list. I thought it would take at least a year, but 6 days later I got a call that it had arrived. I was so happy and immediately biked to the Bijenkorf with Issey, an old colleague, . She was going to buy the smaller version of the Trio Bag. In the store, I was super happy, but I immediately dropped Céline on the floor. So it got a little dent right away, but it was still love at first sight. When I got home that evening, my boyfriend was waiting for me with a bottle of champagne to welcome the new family member.

2. Do you have more designer bags or is this your one and only and favorite?

So far, it is my one and only and favorite. Although the entire collection of Céline bags could move into my closet, unfortunately, my wallet doesn't allow that yet. Recently, I was at the Bijenkorf and saw the Céline Tote bag. It was a small one and I immediately fell in love. I quickly went upstairs to regain my composure, because otherwise, I would have bought it right away without looking at the price tag. Luckily, I did check the price tag later and was immediately cured of the desire to buy it. Just waiting for the larger version.

3. Céline always sits neatly on your desk at the office. Does she also always sit on the table at home or does she sometimes end up on the floor?

She indeed always sits neatly on my desk at the office, but to be honest, at home she always hangs on a doorknob or lies on the floor. At the office, I do it for appearances, otherwise, I get comments from my dear colleagues. I have noticed that I have been taking better care of Céline lately, because she ages quickly. On the inside, she is also completely covered in makeup stains.

4. What do you always carry in your bag?

Céline is always completely stuffed. My cards, business cards, and old-fashioned driver's license (which colleagues Lilian and Yvette didn't know still existed in paper form) are always in my bag. I also manage to fit my planner in there. It serves as a notepad, sketchbook, and notebook. Of course, I have a fineliner with me. My sunglasses are also in there – without a case, I know, very bad – and I often have makeup from Chanel, Bobbi Brown, and hand cream from Grown Alchemist. Hair ties for my signature bun and of course my phone and charger. Those are the essentials.

5. What does a bag do for you?

A bag really needs to be practical for me. Whether a bag opens doors, you really shouldn't ask me. I don't actually have much of a connection with bags, but I bought this Trio bag because it has three compartments. I find that very handy and it helps me know exactly what is where.

Is the contents of your bag always organized?

Well, no. My bag is far from organized. I do always know what is where. That's the handy thing about the three compartments. In my front pocket, I always put my makeup, lip balm, and perfume. In the middle pocket, my cards, phone, and keys (the things I really can't do without) and the back pocket is full of my other stuff. I do clean it up regularly, it's not like there are receipts lying around everywhere.

7. Is there still a bag on your wishlist?

Well, recently I saw the small Tote bag from Céline, but I realized that I just need to buy a large bag since I always want to take my laptop with me. So the large Tote bag is on my wishlist.
