And especially what her workout regime looks like leading up to such’a sexy shoot with Hunkemöller. I mean, just standing there in the garters in the Meatpacking district. Her answer underscores her iron discipline. I can't match her, but maybe you can. Here are 5 steps on how you can get in the same shape as Sylvie.
What Sylvie means is: never stop exercising. In the lead-up to a shoot, she definitely amps up her workout schedule a bit, but in general, she always ensures a good foundation. So always make sure to go to the gym for sure.
At least two months before the shoot, Sylvie cuts out all alcohol. So also that of her boyfriend Momo. But a glass of champagne is allowed once in a while. But glass after glass, night after night… Nope. That's forbidden.’All carbohydrates are rigorously wiped from Sylvie's menu a few months before.

These High Intensity trainings are also very popular in New York. and come down to doing exercises that are not long, but very intense. Each exercise lasts twelve minutes, after which you have at least a few seconds of rest. Two weeks before the shoot, Sylvie goes hard on cardio. Not too heavy, not too fast, but she stands on a step machine or treadmill for a very long time. At least an hour a day. I say: hats off.
