H&M launches a bra collection specifically for breast cancer patients

The ‘Close to My Heart’ collection from our fashion friends Hennes & Mauritz is specially designed for the girlbosses among us to meet the needs of women who have undergone a mastectomy. After such a (reconstructive) surgery, a breast often changes shape, making it much harder to find bras in the lingerie stores where they used to shop. Fortunately, there are more and more beautiful prosthetic bras available, but the price tag is often still on the high side.

But H&M is now changing that. The collection includes three different styles ranging from €20 to €30, including a basic bra, one specially designed for the Sporty Spices, and a lace darling. These cuties match with everyone, the only difference is that the bras in the ‘Close to My Heart’ collection are equipped with pockets where the prosthesis can be placed. And the best part is that the collection is now now now shoppable online and the proceeds from the sales will be donated to the American Cancer Society. How beautiful is that?
