Live. With your own talent. Everyone is beautiful. And you are who you are… Gosh, who would have expected that such seemingly simple reality format as Big Brother would contain such profound life lessons?

Slowly but surely, more is being communicated about the revival of Big Brother. The presenters have just been announced and the format has been highlighted a bit more. What can we expect? Once again a Dutch/Flemish presenting duo (hi Geraldine Kemper and radio DJ Peter Van de Veire) because yes, the program will also be broadcast in Belgium alongside the Netherlands.

Geraldine calls the new job ‘super cool’. ‘I really expect a Big Brother 2.0, where we will watch 24/7 what happens when you remove all those filters and people are completely reliant on themselves and their new housemates.’

RTL is still being a bit mysterious about the start date of the project, but it is clear that the experiment will be shown daily on RTL5 and will last a total of 100 days. Candidates who do not appeal will be voted out one by one. Ooh, it’s a tough TV world, my friends. Is it already time to admit that as a loyal reality fan, I secretly look forward to this?
