Successful people sleep like this

Even the way you sleep affects your success. Not just the number of hours of sleep (the richest man in the world: Jeff Bezos swears by eight hours of sleep so he doesn't make stupid, fatigue-induced mistakes) and the time you wake up (many successful people preach the 5 AM principle, you would be ahead of the rest of the world and thus already 2-0 up on everything, well, just read on), but also your posture is decisive.

Research has been conducted among more than 5000 people, and it showed that there are two major differences in sleeping posture between successful and less successful (high earners versus low earners) individuals.

Do you sleep in the so-called free fall position? Then there is a good chance that you earn more than 100,000 euros per year. You lie on your back with your arms and legs quite far from your torso. Relaxed, confident, and safe. You are positive, social, and dare to make decisions.

Also in the soldier position (on your back with your arms next to your body and your legs straight under your torso) there is a chance of financial success. You are the type that keeps your cards close to your chest, you are a strategist, and you are handy. This is also the healthiest sleeping position.

The fetal position (on your side with your knees drawn up) is the position in which most low earners sleep. If you sleep like this, you are probably the tough-on-the-outside-but-oh-so-shy-on-the-inside type.

Aside from financial gain: the pillow hugger (you can imagine everything about this position) is super social and lovable. So you might earn a little less, but you are a wonderful person. And what is more important?
