What is Sex and the City without Mr. Big?

SATC fans should brace themselves for a BIG disappointment, writes Page Six. It seems that Mr. Big will not be making a comeback in the reboot of the series. But what does that mean for Carrie’s love life?

In the last season (click away now if you haven't seen it yet) of Sex and the City, Carrie and her Big struggle with married life. And if we are to believe the rumors, the marriage of the two has been called off. Former love Aiden has also already stated that he will not be participating in a SATC reunion. Which of course leaves plenty of room for new romantic developments for Carrie, and I find that delightful. One takes Carrie, one takes a new love, and I see not just a reboot ahead of me, but simply ten fresh seasons.

For Miranda, there is still a chance with Steve Brady, as actor David Eigenberg, who plays the role, seems to be quietly negotiating with HBO. I can easily imagine that his position has become much stronger now that not only Samantha is absent, but also Big is skipping out. HBO has nothing to say on the gossip for now, but that surely can't last long.
