YEAH, Are we getting Expeditie Robinson after all?

Thanks to our great friend corona, who has now become that one friend who overstays their welcome at a party that has already ended while they weren't even really invited, last summer Expeditie Robinson couldn't be filmed. Logical, but not fun at all.
This year we had more hope, but yes, that pandemic is still quite a thing. Fortunately, there is light at the end of the Robinson tunnel, because according to Peter van der Vorst (program director), they are busy making sure that it can actually go ahead this season. Fingers crossed.
It won't be on a tropical uninhabited island, but a bit closer to home. No idea if they mean they are going to make Ameland unsafe or if it's somewhere in Europe, I actually guess the latter. Maybe a deserted Greek island? Doesn't seem too crazy to me.
But how nice will it be if they are just back this season? I genuinely missed it last year. Bring it on.
