Angelina Jolie sues FBI: ‘why didn't you arrest Brad Pitt?’

It seemed to be quiet for a while regarding the divorce battle between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, behind the scenes, that is not true. Last night (American time), it came to light that Angelina Jolie filed an anonymous lawsuit against the FBI in 2016, questioning why they did not arrest her ex Brad Pitt after the incident on the plane.

Just to refresh your memory: that incident on a private jet led to the two separating, and until yesterday, it was actually unclear what exactly had happened. There were rumors that Brad Pitt had hit their son Maddox, but nothing was confirmed. Until yesterday, that is, because the details surrounding this lawsuit are now out in the open.

According to Jolie, Pitt was verbally and physically abusive towards her and her children during the flight in the private jet and was drinking heavily. ‘You’re f*cking up this family,’ he shouted at Jolie, to which Maddox reportedly responded: ‘That’s not her, that’s you, you prick.’

After this remark, Pitt allegedly lunged at his son, but Jolie jumped in between. As a result, she reportedly sustained several injuries. Eventually, she fell asleep, and then Pitt allegedly threw beer over her again. After landing, she indicated that she would go to a hotel with her children to recover and went to the police to report this incident.

But the police and the LA police did nothing with it; they spoke with Brad Pitt but did not take any further action. Brad Pitt and his team still deny any form of physical violence, and insiders say he was not arrested at the time because ‘there was no evidence against him.’ Jolie would like more transparency regarding why this investigation was closed without consequences for her ex-husband.

What I secretly wonder is: why is this suddenly coming to light now, when this anonymous complaint was already made in 2016? It seems that the mudslinging is not over yet.
