Eh, what: are scuffed shoes coming back in style?

Recently I read a conspiracy theory on the internet that I have fully believed since this week. What is it? That Balenciaga has a new mission, namely to make their clothing as ugly as possible and to see how far they can go until the moment that people still pay money for it. Honestly, sounds pretty logical, right? The things they have their figurehead Kim Kardashian walking around in I find quite intense at times, but I think even she — despite their collaboration — would kindly decline this. And I hope you do too, because the chance is big that you have this lying in your closet for a long time. Or in your trash can. That second location is probably more likely.
Just take a look at the following shoes:

Yep: these are seriously the newest shoes from their collection. Prices start at a meager 1450 euros, so you are actually a thief of your own wallet if you don't get these at home. Before you know it, it's a collector’s item; only 100 exclusive copies of this ‘Paris’ sneaker will be sold on the site. Via this link you can pre-order them. They are available in white and black and are named Limited Edition – Paris High Top Trainers Full Destroyed. Especially that last part is of course not a lie.
1450 euros is of course a lot of money and that's why I have a budget version for you. Shall we pay attention?
How to make the Balenciaga Paris High Top Trainers Full Destroyed yourself:
– Get a pair of Converse sneakers via a site like Vinted (or buy them new, but that's more expensive)
– Buy a ticket for a festival of your choice, for optimal results multi-day like Lowlands
– Have the time of your life and (very important) only wear these shoes
– DONE
