The hotels where your favorite series becomes reality

Because it literally hasn't been dry for more than an hour in a row this week, I've improved the bond between the streaming services and myself again. This summer I neglected them, but we are now inseparable again, and so I'm completely up to date with everything (Sex Education? Check. Selling Sunset? Check. Love Is Blind? Cheeeck.) and I've started Suits for the fifth time. And if you've seen Suits, then you know: the infatuation with Harvey Specter is coming back around. You just can't escape it.
So I imagine myself as a lawyer (just chose the wrong career) and want to surround myself with men and women in suits who think very highly of themselves, surrounded by luxury and wealth. Since I live in Amsterdam and (not yet — just manifesting) am not a millionaire, that's not the real life for me. That's why I've dived into weekend getaways; in these hotels, your favorite series come to life.

Suits: Pullman Hotel, Brussels and Conservatorium Hotel, Amsterdam
These hotels really have an international appeal. They have class, they have luxury, they have business but also pleasure. Order a cocktail at the bar here and then it's just a matter of waiting until the first Harvey Specter lookalike walks through the doors. Just a matter of time.

Gossip Girl: voco The Hague, The Hague and De Gulde Schoen, Antwerp
Well, when you think of Gossip Girl, you naturally think of New York, but I always think of Chuck's hotel and his overall style. And you can find that style here completely. Take voco The Hague; it's an old bank building transformed into a luxury hotel. Chuck Bass approves, you know.

Emily in Paris: Hotel Weeshuis, Gouda and Amstel Hotel, Amsterdam
Of course, a good afternoon tea (possibly with champagne…) belongs with Emily in Paris, and you are completely right at these two hotels. It exudes old luxury in the very best way. And after that afternoon tea, you naturally want to stick around for dinner (again with that champagne). The ultimate getaway.

Sex and the City: INNSiDE by Meliá and The Duke Club, Nistelrode
INNSiDE by Meliá has such an amazing new rooftop bar that after two cocktails you can genuinely think you're in Sex and the City, but then in the Amsterdam version. At The Duke Club, I can totally see Carrie and co à la The Hamptons, with champagne and a luxury dinner. New York luxury, but then in the Netherlands.
