This is the cocktail everyone drinks in Paris
And it's especially not the Aperol Spritz

The waiter came with the cocktail I ordered. But where I expected an orange – because Aperol Spritz – he brought a light golden drink. A question, an apology and of course he wanted to make me another drink. This was a Saint Germain Spritz he told me as he was already almost turning towards the bar. But upon hearing the words ‘Saint Germain’ I was of course already sold, because when in Paris, do as the Parisians. And now I am sold and drinking Saint Germain Spritz.
How do you make it?
Pour 40 milliliters of Saint Germain liqueur into your glass.
Add 60 ml of prosecco.
Finish it off with 60 ml of nice sparkling mineral water.
Add a slice of lemon for a fresh effect.
Optionally add an edible flower and: cheers. It's just a bit fresher and less sweet than the Aperol Spritz and it is beautifully golden yellow in color.
Cheers!
