Is performing still responsible?

Madonna may be 65, but she still hops around the stage like a young doe. At least, that's what she wants and she manages to do it quite well. I went to her concert (you know, the one where she was very, very late) and, as expected, was not impressed by her singing (that has never been her unique selling point), but was hugely impressed by her dance performance and fitness.

How silly is it that you, precisely because of one of your dancers, literally fall from your chair and end up on stage? That happened during her concert in Seattle. Leave it to Madonna to elegantly resolve it with a Kylian leg twist and a roll onto her stomach, making it almost seem like it was part of the act.

Now let's hope her dancer hasn't been fired.
