This is what the new Temptation Island will look like

Yeeeheessss, Temptation Island is BACK. I kind of saw that coming, but that new coat it’s been put in… Not necessarily. Anyway, two new faces: Monica Geuze and Kaj Gorgels who will take on the presentation. How fun is that? I really assume that those two will tackle the participants much harder than Rick and Yolanthe did. A guy like Zach, they will definitely deal with him right away? I think they express much more of what we are all thinking on the couch in the meantime.

A plus point is of course that they are really best friends, which only makes it more fun to watch. I would definitely watch a show with those two in the lead, even if there are no couples around testing their relationship.

And that testing is going to be a bit different this year, said Monica. It’s now called Temptation Island: Love or Leave? I have a prediction for this as well, because it’s going to be just as old-fashioned vulgar as the previous seasons. It is said that in terms of concept it will resemble the American version of Tempa more. Well, if you — like me — have seen that American version, then you know: it’s just delicious.

For example, there was muscle bundle Evan with a small heart, who fell for a seductress within two days. Excuse me, here (and in our new season as well) they are not called seducers, but just ‘singles’. Singles who are genuinely looking for a serious relationship (or Instagram fame). Evan fell for Morgan (and by the way, after the show he cheated on her again) and it was really all drama.

In fact, I find that American version much more fun than our Dutch one. You understand: only positive news around Temptation Island, if you ask me.

They are currently filming in bella Italia (also not a punishment) and from November we can sit in front of the TV at Videoland. Perfect timing, just when Love Island has ended and we are ready for something new.
